We are at your entire disposal. If you have any questions, problems or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact us. The reception is open from 10 in the morning to 10 at night. To enter during the night, you will find a keyboard next to the door where you must dial the code 2200to access the reception. The street door opens automatically when the intercom button is pressed.
If you are leaving the hostel before 10 o’clock in the morning, please inform the reception. Remember that the check-out time is until 12 noon. Late check out is subject to availability and has a supplement.
We have free Wi-Fi connection throughout the site by connecting to the network: REY FERNANDO and using the password: reyfernando1. There is also a computer for free use in the lounge.
If you notice any inconvenience when entering the room, please communicate it to the reception as soon as possible.
Please, do not use the towels in the room other than for personal hygiene. If you need makeup remover wipes, useful for cleaning shoes or gauze to heal wounds, ask at reception. By using towels responsibly, so that they can be reused once washed, we are helping to care for our planet.
Our policy does not allow smoking inside the rooms. Unfortunately, we know from experience that smoking in the room means extra cleaning to eliminate the smell. Smoking inside the room will entail an extra 50€ cleaning fee.
The direction of the establishment is not responsible for jewelry, money or other valuables left in the room or common areas. There is a safe at the reception where you can deposit your belongings for free.
For any emergency outside reception hours, from 10 at night until 10 in the morning, there is always a person on call with whom to contact by calling +34 981 593550.
In case of emergency: Police, fire, ambulance, etc, dial 112. There are multilingual operators available. Ask for the service you need and explain your problem.
